As a common courtesy, please read and search our Frequently Asked Questions, and our online Knowledge Base before contacting us for support. In the majority of cases you will find what you are looking for here.

Experience tells us that many customer problems with windows are not related to our products at all. You should search Microsoft's extensive web resources if you are having a problem with your Windows Operating System.
